Family Chiropractic Center is announcing the retirement of Dr. James Tassell. “I would like to thank the many patients that have placed their confidence in me over the years. Family Chiropractic is pleased to introduce Dr. Scott Kayatin, who will continue to provide quality chiropractic care at 412 E. Columbus Ave., Bellefontaine.
Dr. Scott Kayatin is a Lima, Ohio native where he graduated from Lima Central Catholic High School. He then went on to receive his Bachelor’s of Allied Health Sciences at the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Scott received his Doctorate of Chiropractic at the New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, New York. He graduated in the winter of 2016. Dr. Scott is certified in Dry Needling, holding certification in this specialized treatment method for 5 years. Dr. Scott is also certified in ConnecTX instrument soft tissue mobilization, and RockTape (myofascial taping). Dr. Scott has a passion for rehab and exercising, which is why he has multiple CEUs in rehabilitation.
Dr. Scott currently resides in Bellefontaine. Dr. Scott’s family consists of his wife Hayley and their son Brody as well as their daughters Brielle and Kamryn. Dr. Scott has two dogs, Willow and Ruger. Dr. Scott enjoys watching football and wrestling, working out at Anytime Fitness Bellefontaine, playing golf, binge watching Netflix series and spending time with his family. He is a die-hard Buckeye and Cleveland Browns fan.
